Hi Lord of caledor,

in totally agree with jhon and also prefer N&S.;

In additon I could give you the following hints:
Waterloo is playable in one evening, in my case one full game needs 3-5 hours.
N&S; needs much longer (if you play it with a good strategic gamer). We need 2-4 evenings and every evening takes 3-5 hours, buy using the most extention rules. Someone had told me he's playing N&S; much shorter. It's a little opposit to my experiences.

Have a nice try,

beherbie

I prefer n&s;

N&S; is long term strategie. No suprises
Waterloo is medium term strategie and the action cards do cause for some suprises.

Waterloo has a larger luck-factor than N&S;, also due to the cards. This does make waterloo more appropriate for those wha are less gifted with a strategic mind.

Conclusion, I prefer N&S;, but play Waterloo more often because I can find players more easy.

wkr,

Jhon
