The website, like the Phalanx packaging, looks very nice indeed. However, I think most customers, if it came to a straight choice, would opt for customer service rather then chic design. Many customers, that's right, customers, have requested translated rule sets for the games they've bought, and yet there is no response. This is very rude indeed. How difficult is it to put a .PDF file online?
And there there is the question of FAQs for the games you publish. Where are these? You have one for the website but none for the games? Where is the sense in that?
The people you are ignoring, are the people who helped pay for this site. The least you owe them is a little professional courtesy.
